Kadhal fame Joshua Sridhar has proved his musical talent with his fantastic music in Veppam after his successful projects Kadhal and Kallori. The songs are really good especially the melody "Mazhai Varum", its just amazing and very pleasant to listen in Suzanne D'Mello voice. Na Muthukumar has written the songs for Veppam. The audio of the film was released by Suhasini Mani Ratnam in Chennai.

The movie is all about the love and affection between a father who is mentally challenged adult and his daughter. A talk in kodambakkam is that Chiyan Vikram may be called/named here after as Krishna because of his fantastic acting in Deivathirumagal. This movie is a rehash of the hollywood film I am Sam.
